Product Description: S&G 2890 Series Pedestrian Door Lock Installation Fixture
Used in prepping a door for proper installation of Sargent & Greenleaf's 2890 Lock Series. The fixture is placed at 41-1/2" AFF and against the surface the strike will be mounted to. Once this is established the correct backset for the device is set based on the strike location. For use on inswing, outswing, single and double doors. Eliminates the need for using the provided paper templates. No need to mount the strike to determine the backset.
